Shipping and Returns
Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping over 140£ on all singles (non-wholesale) purchases. We aim to dispatch singles purchases in 2-4 business days.
For wholesale purchases shipping rates will be displayed at checkout. We aim to dispatch wholesale orders in 2-8 business days. Please note, for wholesale orders we do not pre-pay any additional duties imposed by customs or carriers and it is our customers' resonsability to cover any such charge.
We have a 14-day return policy for singles purchases, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We strongly suggest ordering a singles unit of any product and ensuring it is satisfactory before placing a wholesale order. Any wholesale order (whether placed through our webstore or directly) is considered a personalized order and is not eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Any modification (printing, embroidery, or other) will render the item not eligible for return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
